Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this website, scheduling appointments, or receiving medical services from The Foot Docs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Foot Docs, a podiatric medical practice located at 6835 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Not a Substitute for Medical Advice
The information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, podiatrist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of this website and the information contained herein does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and The Foot Docs or any of our physicians. A doctor-patient relationship is only established when you physically visit our office for an in-person consultation and examination.
Emergency Situations
This website is not intended for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on information from this website for emergency medical needs.
Individual Results May Vary
Information about treatments, procedures, and outcomes on this website represents general information only. Individual results may vary based on many factors including age, overall health, severity of condition, compliance with treatment plans, and other individual circumstances.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee, warrant, or make any representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on this website. Medical information changes rapidly, and while we strive to keep content current, some information may become outdated.
3. PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when scheduling appointments, filling out patient forms, or communicating with our office. You agree to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
Medical History Disclosure
You are responsible for disclosing your complete medical history, including all current medications, allergies, previous surgeries, and existing medical conditions. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect your treatment and outcomes.
Following Medical Advice
You are responsible for following the treatment plans, instructions, and recommendations provided by your podiatrist. Non-compliance with medical advice may affect your treatment outcomes and recovery.
Communication
You agree to communicate any concerns, questions, or changes in your condition to our office in a timely manner. You are responsible for notifying us of any adverse reactions or complications following treatment.
4. APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office at 702-530-2283 or through our online scheduling system. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule appointments. We require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or dismissal from the practice.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to complete necessary paperwork. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment depending on the schedule and availability.
No-Show Policy
Patients who fail to show up for scheduled appointments without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice.
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations, except for emergencies or illness, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. PAYMENT AND INSURANCE
Payment Responsibility
You are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred for services rendered, regardless of insurance coverage. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans. However, insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company. We will submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy, but you are responsible for understanding your coverage, deductibles, co-payments, and any services not covered by your plan.
Insurance Verification
While we verify insurance benefits as a courtesy, this verification is not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Your insurance company makes the final determination of coverage and payment. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance.
Non-Covered Services
Some services may not be covered by your insurance plan. We will inform you when services are typically not covered, but you are responsible for understanding your specific plan’s coverage. You may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging financial responsibility for non-covered services.
Outstanding Balances
Outstanding balances are due within 30 days of billing. Accounts with balances over 90 days may be sent to collections. Continued services may be refused for accounts with outstanding balances.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards. Returned checks may incur a fee, and future payments may be required in cash or guaranteed funds.
6. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
HIPAA Compliance
The Foot Docs complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable federal and state privacy laws. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your protected health information (PHI).

We collect and use your personal and health information only as necessary to provide medical care, process payments, conduct normal business operations, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as permitted or required by law.
Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and important practice information via phone, text message, or email. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
